Transactions recorded, accounts reconciled, and financial statements prepared so you always know where the business stands.
Tax prep and planning
Personal and corporate returns prepared accurately, with planning through the year to reduce what you owe rather than just report it.
CRA audit and review
If a review letter arrives, we represent you from the first letter through to the decision.

What best describes you?
Pick one. We will tell you what it involves and where to read more.
Income and expenses need to be tracked through the year, not reconstructed in June. We set up the recordkeeping, claim what you are entitled to, and file the self-employment return on time.

What a Toronto business should expect.
Toronto is Canada’s largest city and its main financial centre, and the City of Toronto also covers Scarborough and Etobicoke, which have their own pages. Wherever you are in the city, the tax rules are the same federal and Ontario rules. What actually changes your outcome is whether the records are current and whether someone is looking ahead at your position rather than reacting in April.
- One accountant who knows your file, not a call centre queue
- Records kept current through the year, not reconstructed each spring
- Plain answers about what you owe and why
- Documents handled in person or remotely, whichever suits you
Deadlines
The dates that catch Toronto businesses out.
Most penalties we see are not from getting the numbers wrong. They are from filing late. These are the standard deadlines by situation.
- April 30 - return due and any balance owing due.
- If April 30 lands on a weekend, the next business day applies.
- Slips such as T4s and RRSP receipts should be in hand before we file.
- June 15 - return due for you and your spouse or partner.
- April 30 - any balance owing is still due, even though the return is not.
- Instalments may apply if you owed tax in prior years.
- 6 months after year-end - corporate return due.
- 2 months after year-end - balance owing generally due; 3 months for many small Canadian-controlled private corporations.
- GST/HST deadlines depend on your reporting period: monthly, quarterly or annual.
